Second World Warfare army ordnance discovered at Saskatoon dwelling inert: police – Saskatoon
A military bomb was discovered in the Caswell Hill neighborhood this week, according to the Saskatoon Police Service (SPS).
The officers were called to a house on the 1000 block of Avenue F North at around 11 a.m. Thursday.

The item was discovered while cleaning a house, according to a press release.
Police said the Department of National Defense (DND) was alerted, which arrived and found the WWII device to be inactive.
With the help of the explosives disposal unit SPS it was safely transported away for disposal by the DND.
