Saskatoon police responded to two separate incidents of assault on Saturday morning.

According to a police statement, the serious bodily harm determined from 8:57 a.m. at home in Block 100 of 23 St. E.

A 25-year-old woman is charged with assault with a gun after a man and woman suffer serious but not life-threatening injuries.

In a second and separate incident, the police were called to a house in Block 1700 of 20 St. W. at 10:32 am for assault.

Once there, police found an injured woman who sustained serious but not life-threatening injuries.

A 28-year-old woman was charged with aggravated assault.

According to the police, the perpetrator and the injured woman were known to each other.
