Most Costly Properties for Sale in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan from Point2

Fewer people tried to sell their homes for the first time in 2013 in Saskatoon, according to the Point2 Homes Annual Housing Market Report. Although only 1,325 hit the market last year, Saskatoon still has a good number of homes for sale to choose from.

The price drop of 34% compared to 2012 is very close to the 2010 value. The advantage is that prices have slowly but surely increased by 11% from year to year.
